NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF PIMA
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Members of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima and to the general public that The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima (the “Authority”) will hold its regular meetings open to the public on the third Friday of every month at noon (12:00 p.m.). Commencing with the Authority’s fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, this will be July 15, 2011, August 19, 2011, September 16, 2011, October 21, 2011, November 18, 2011 December 16, 2011, January 20, 2012, February 17, 2012, March 16, 2012, April 20, 2012, May 18, 2012 and June 15, 2012. Each meeting will be held in the Pima County Administrator's Conference Room, Tenth Floor, Pima County Administration Building, 130 West Congress Street, Tucson, Arizona. Members of the Board of Directors of the Authority may attend either in person or by telephone conference call.
The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima further reserves the right to hold special meetings, the notice for which will be posted (both physically and electronically) as set forth below. Such special meeting may or may not be at the same time or location noted above; however, the notice for a special meeting (as posted) will contain the time and the location for such special meeting.
This notice (and any special meeting notice) will be available electronically on the Authority’s website (pimaida.com), as well as posted by the Pima County Clerk of the Board. The Clerk will post the notice at the Pima County Administration Building, 130 West Congress Street, 1st and 5th Floors, A and B Levels, Tucson, Arizona 85701. (These posting locations are accessible to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.)
The agenda for any meeting will be available at least twenty-four hours in advance of such meeting. Information concerning the Authority’s Agenda for any meeting may be obtained prior to the meeting by contacting Russo, Russo & Slania, P.C., Attorneys for the Authority, Attention: Michael A.
